Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage phone and email inquiries from participants, providing support on account issues, claims, and benefit processes during the 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST shift.
Key responsibilities
- Field phone calls and emails from clients regarding account balances, claims, and general support
- Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of customer service and create positive relationships with clients and participants
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
- Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA knowledge) is highly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Alegeus is preferred
- Available for 3-4 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
