Job Summary
To support a growing dental organization, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide timely and knowledgeable assistance to customers, manage inbound and outbound calls, and deliver training on the company's digital portal in a remote/hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, resolve case concerns, and provide administrative support through dental lab management software
- Deliver onboarding and training for new customers, ensuring effective use of the digital customer portal
- Mentor and coach team members while participating in process improvement projects
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
- 8+ years of inbound call center experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience in delivering training sessions and creating training materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
