Job Summary
Supporting emergency response efforts, the temporary remote Customer Service Representative with Government Public Trust Clearance will consult with customers on available services, provide solutions through various communication channels, and resolve inquiries with patience and understanding.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers regarding available services to support their needs
- Provide solutions via voice, email, or chat communications
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Required qualifications
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a US citizen due to government contract requirements
- Basic computer experience
- Access to high-speed internet (greater than 25 mbps)
