Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Supporting the 1-800 Radiator brand, the full-time Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, manage inbound calls, and perform administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information
• Follow up on customer quotes and escalate important customer issues with team members and management
• Participate in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies and fill out forms after customer interactions

Required qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
• Sales experience is an asset
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required
