Job Summary
Working remotely full-time, the Customer Service Representative will manage phone and email inquiries from participants regarding account balances, claims, and support issues during the 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST shift.
Key responsibilities
- Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants, addressing inquiries and providing support
- Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high levels of customer service by fostering positive relationships with clients and participants
Required qualifications
- High school graduate/GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
- Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA knowledge) is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM systems; experience with the Alegeus system is preferred
- Access to high-speed internet with the ability to connect directly to a router or modem
