Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Customer Service Representative will manage phone and email inquiries from participants regarding account balances, claims, and support issues during the 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST shift.

Key responsibilities
  • Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants, addressing inquiries and providing support
  • Process forms and enter data related to benefit processes accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by fostering positive relationships with clients and participants
Required qualifications
  • High school graduate/GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
  • Experience in benefits management (CDH and COBRA knowledge) is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems; experience with the Alegeus system is preferred
  • Access to high-speed internet with the ability to connect directly to a router or modem
