Supporting participants in a remote capacity, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to pension and retirement benefits, assisting with inquiries about plans, payments, and required documentation while delivering empathetic customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries
  • Assist participants with questions related to pension plans, payments, and account information
  • Research and resolve participant concerns professionally and efficiently
Required qualifications
  • Previous customer service and call center experience
  • Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Ability to pass required background screening and drug test
