Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and manage order-related tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Maintain and modify customer records using various databases for order inquiries and re-orders
  • Resolve product or service issues by selecting appropriate actions for immediate resolution
Required qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
