Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and manage order-related tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Maintain and modify customer records using various databases for order inquiries and re-orders
- Resolve product or service issues by selecting appropriate actions for immediate resolution
Required qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computers
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
