Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls from pharmacies, insurance carriers, and injured workers to assist in processing medications related to workers' compensation claims while ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting performance metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding workers' compensation claims and prescription fulfillment
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while focusing on first-call resolution and timely follow-up
  • Document interactions accurately and manage multiple priorities, maintaining compliance with patient privacy requirements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of recent experience in a call center environment
  • Experience using computer and Windows PC applications with strong navigation skills
  • Ability to work full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, with flexibility for 8-hour shifts during business hours
