Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage order processing transactions, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and manage order processing transactions accurately from order entry to delivery commitment
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding orders, product availability, pricing, and billing
  • Coordinate with logistics and manufacturing teams to address customer order inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or some college education
  • 1 year of experience in customer service and order processing (handling end-to-end transactions)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, SFDC, and MS Office preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult customer interactions
  • Strong phone and email etiquette skills
