Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely from Duluth, GA, the contract Customer Service Representative will enhance customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely support to members and providers, while being flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to customer inquiries and issues regarding company services
• Build and maintain rapport with current and prospective members in compliance with guidelines
• Ensure consistent and meaningful information delivery to enhance customer retention

Required qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in enterprise-level companies or over-the-phone support
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage work with minimal direction
• Health insurance experience is preferred
• Ability to pass knowledge checks during training
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
