Job Summary
Fielding customer inquiries in a remote capacity, the part-time Customer Service Representative will handle various questions and concerns, provide excellent service, and resolve issues proactively while working with confidential information.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care and professionalism
- Resolve issues on the first call by actively listening and de-escalating situations when necessary
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
