Job Summary

Fielding customer inquiries in a remote capacity, the part-time Customer Service Representative will handle various questions and concerns, provide excellent service, and resolve issues proactively while working with confidential information.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care and professionalism
  • Resolve issues on the first call by actively listening and de-escalating situations when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
