Job Summary
Optimistic individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Customer Service Representative, responsible for resolving member concerns, processing requests accurately, and educating members on services while supporting a 24/7 contact center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring timely and accurate information processing
- Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
- Multitask effectively to extract necessary information while educating members on services and insurance coverage
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
