Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Support Representative will act as a liaison between the company and customers, resolving inquiries through calls and online communication while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve routine customer requests and inquiries via inbound and outbound communication
- Notify clients of test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 3 months of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
