Job Summary

Providing customer service in a virtual call center environment, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries from policyholders and providers regarding insurance policies, ensuring accurate information and follow-up support.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries from clients regarding insurance benefits and claims status
  • Research and retrieve information from company records to assist customers with their inquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services while complying with privacy regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with six months of related call center experience
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to enter data accurately in a Windows-based environment
