Job Summary
To support patient resupply needs, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage patient information, verify insurance benefits, and maintain professional communication with patients and healthcare providers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintains knowledge of patient database and billing system, ensuring accurate data entry
- Obtains and verifies patient demographic and health insurance information, collecting co-pays as necessary
- Schedules patient setups and communicates effectively with physicians and co-workers
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Knowledge of Medicare and insurance regulations
- Ability to read and understand medical documentation
- Experience with office equipment and computer systems
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
