Job Summary

To support patient resupply needs, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage patient information, verify insurance benefits, and maintain professional communication with patients and healthcare providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintains knowledge of patient database and billing system, ensuring accurate data entry
  • Obtains and verifies patient demographic and health insurance information, collecting co-pays as necessary
  • Schedules patient setups and communicates effectively with physicians and co-workers
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Knowledge of Medicare and insurance regulations
  • Ability to read and understand medical documentation
  • Experience with office equipment and computer systems
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
