Job Summary
Responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will manage incoming calls related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, billing information, and patient scheduling while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls to resolve inquiries regarding member eligibility, claims, and patient services
- Update billing information and establish payment plans for patients
- Provide effective communication and education to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous data entry experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Healthcare background in areas such as billing and claims preferred
