Job Summary

Responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will manage incoming calls related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, billing information, and patient scheduling while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls to resolve inquiries regarding member eligibility, claims, and patient services
  • Update billing information and establish payment plans for patients
  • Provide effective communication and education to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Previous data entry experience required
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Healthcare background in areas such as billing and claims preferred
