Job Summary
To support a service-oriented mission, the full-time Customer Service Representative will resolve member concerns, process requests accurately, and educate members on services while working remotely from Virginia.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring timely and accurate information processing
- Follow company procedures to input accurate trip data and refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate department
- Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems while supporting a 24/7 contact center environment
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and handle a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capacity to work independently under general supervision and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
