Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time hourly basis, the Customer Service Representative will review grievance and appeal documents, accurately classify disputes, and ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines while maintaining data privacy standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess incoming grievance and appeal documents for completeness and relevance
- Accurately classify dispute types and assign the correct Line of Business based on guidelines
- Access and verify member information across multiple client systems and input data into internal platforms
Required qualifications
- Experience in data entry or a related field
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards
- Ability to work with multiple client systems and portals
- Strong attention to detail in document processing
- Capability to meet productivity and quality standards consistently
