Job Summary
Providing remote receptionist-style support, the long-term contract Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, route inquiries to appropriate teams, and assist with light administrative tasks while using business systems like NetSuite and Salesforce.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Capture and relay accurate caller details to internal teams such as collections and accounting
- Assist with payment lookup requests and maintain organized records of calls and follow-ups
Required qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Dialpad
- Previous customer service or call handling experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, service-oriented approach
- Reliable work habits and a willingness to support coworkers
