Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Requestor Resolution Representative will conduct outreach to obtain missing documentation, perform quality control checks, and manage multiple queues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct email and outbound call outreach on non-compliant orders to obtain missing documentation or information
- Perform quality control checks on orders and manage data entry for records release
- Monitor and manage multiple queues while meeting assigned daily productivity goals
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt
