Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Requestor Resolution Representative will conduct outreach to obtain missing documentation, perform quality control checks, and manage multiple queues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct email and outbound call outreach on non-compliant orders to obtain missing documentation or information
• Perform quality control checks on orders and manage data entry for records release
• Monitor and manage multiple queues while meeting assigned daily productivity goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of call center experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt
