Job Summary
Seeking a compassionate, customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative for a full-time remote position who will assist customers with their benefits and claims, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to customers, advocate for their needs, and provide guidance and support
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while documenting all interactions
- Educate customers about available resources and assist them in navigating their options
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work until 8:00 PM EST
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- High-speed internet access with adherence to workplace model
