Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the remote Customer Service Representative I will manage inbound calls, educate customers on products and services, and maintain customer data while building positive relationships with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and establish rapport
  • Process transactions and maintain customer data using computer systems
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and product knowledge to customers via phone, email, and chat
Required qualifications
  • Less than 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic math and computer skills; experience with Salesforce and/or ODY is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet accuracy and productivity expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
