Seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a full-time remote position in Phoenix, AZ, who will manage patient and healthcare provider inquiries via phone and chat, assist with prescription drug issues, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide first-level assistance to patients and healthcare providers regarding prescription submissions, tracking, and refills
• Maintain high Customer Service Satisfaction Ratings while delivering accurate and effective support

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
