Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative, the full-time remote position will assist customers with their benefits and claims, resolve inquiries, and provide educational support to enhance health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively listen to customers, understanding their needs and providing guidance and support
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while documenting all interactions
  • Educate customers about available resources and assist them in navigating their options
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work until 8:00 PM EST
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • High-speed internet access with adherence to workplace model
