Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls to assist Veterans with scheduling and rescheduling their VA Medical Disability Examination appointments, while providing general program support and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally, adhering to established guidelines
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments, confirming necessary details and next steps
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM/case management system and follow Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
  • Fluency in English, with clear verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Teams and Outlook
  • Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills for common technical issues
