Job Summary
Seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative, the full-time remote position will manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction while working from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior call center experience
- Proven remote work experience
- Experience in the insurance or payments industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
