Job Summary

Seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative, the full-time remote position will manage customer inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction while working from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior call center experience
  • Proven remote work experience
  • Experience in the insurance or payments industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
