Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the part-time Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, actively listen to concerns, and resolve issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide empathetic resolutions
- Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and participate in ongoing training
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in retail, call center, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve issues professionally
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think fast and adapt quickly
