Job Summary
Providing remote customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and document information while working flexible hours within the business schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls daily to assess customer needs and provide assistance
- Document customer interactions and research complex issues using multiple databases
- Schedule patient appointments and update demographic information as required
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Knowledge of medical terminology
