Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the SCA Customer Service Representative will manage appointment scheduling for medical and dental services, respond to inquiries, and provide support to Veterans and Service Members while adhering to contract guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule medical and dental services based on customer availability and resolve related inquiries
- Conduct customer contacts regarding Health Assessment processing and behavioral health situations
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining awareness of service levels and queue status
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of call center experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to attend 100% of training for 8 weeks from 8:00am - 4:30pm CST
