Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls from gym members, respond to inquiries, and update customer information while committing to a set schedule of 20-40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound and outbound calls from members of client gyms
- Respond to customer questions accurately and in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions using in-house software
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center customer service environment (preferred)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Must commit to a set schedule of 20-40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- Willingness to work from 10:30 am - 7 pm Mountain Time or 3-7 pm
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
