Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls from gym members, respond to inquiries, and update customer information while committing to a set schedule of 20-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound and outbound calls from members of client gyms
  • Respond to customer questions accurately and in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions using in-house software
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center customer service environment (preferred)
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Must commit to a set schedule of 20-40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
  • Willingness to work from 10:30 am - 7 pm Mountain Time or 3-7 pm
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
