Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will resolve customer inquiries, manage high-volume phone calls, and document issues while working remotely from Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and guide new customers on placing orders online
- Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filing
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Technology-driven with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Experience in document manipulation and implementing new processes
