Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Service Representative will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage high-volume phone calls while working remotely from Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage inquiries related to existing orders
  • Assist customers with placing new orders online and address concerns via phone and email
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
  • Experience with document manipulation and ability to transcribe information accurately
  • Strong ability to maintain a high level of work product in stressful situations
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
