Job Summary
Building rapport with families and healthcare providers, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide compassionate support over the phone, educate families about treatment processes, and coordinate information among clinics and insurance companies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service to families over the phone
- Accurately entering patient registration information and scheduling initial appointments
- Coordinating information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics
Required qualifications
- 1 - 2 years' customer service or related experience
- 1 - 2 years' experience with computer software
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Proactive mindset with the ability to absorb new information quickly
