Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls and provide customer support to agents and carriers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction in a high call volume environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support through phone, email, and chat to service new and existing accounts
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions while delivering accurate information to resolve customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and process policy-related documents in the CRM system
Required qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent education
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and desk management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based programs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
