Job Summary
Engaging with customers in a positive and professional manner, the remote Customer Service Representative will answer calls and emails, process policyholder requests, and maintain knowledge of company products and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and return calls from policyholders and agents effectively and professionally
- Address customer complaints and determine appropriate solutions
- Process daily requests from agents and policyholders with high accuracy
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role required
- Proficiency in Word and Excel helpful
- A high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive and helpful attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
