Job Summary

Engaging with customers in a positive and professional manner, the remote Customer Service Representative will answer calls and emails, process policyholder requests, and maintain knowledge of company products and guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and return calls from policyholders and agents effectively and professionally
  • Address customer complaints and determine appropriate solutions
  • Process daily requests from agents and policyholders with high accuracy
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service role required
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel helpful
  • A high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive and helpful attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
