Job Summary
As a full-time remote Customer Service Representative, the candidate will manage incoming calls, process work orders through Corrigo, and ensure prompt resolution of service requests while maintaining high customer service standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from client facilities and update call center documents accordingly
- Process facilities and engineering work orders through Corrigo, ensuring timely dispatch and monitoring of tasks
- Follow escalation procedures for urgent and emergency work orders to guarantee timely resolution
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency in using Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Experience with Corrigo work order management system
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud or similar call center software
