Job Summary
Providing exceptional support in a high call volume environment, the full-time Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, assist agents and carriers, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist callers regarding company programs and services through phone, email, or chat
- Document customer interactions and manage policy-related tasks in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent education
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational and desk management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
