Job Summary

Providing customer-focused support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, actively listen to concerns, and ensure resolutions while working remotely from North Carolina.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries via phone, providing clear and empathetic resolutions
  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, approve adjustments, and follow up for customer satisfaction
