Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, actively listening and resolving concerns
