Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer-focused support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, actively listen to concerns, and ensure resolutions while working onsite in Oklahoma City.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear and empathetic resolutions
  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and follow up with customers for complete satisfaction

Required qualifications:
