Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for wholesale specialty accounts, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage day-to-day inquiries, oversee order fulfillment, and maintain strong account relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full order book, including entering seasonal POs and processing orders to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Communicate proactively with wholesale accounts regarding order management and delivery timelines
- Generate seasonal sales reports and maintain marketing and sales assets within the CRM platform
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of account management, customer service, or relevant wholesale/retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite or Elastic is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively
- Background in wholesale apparel or the outdoor industry is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new systems quickly
