Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for wholesale specialty accounts, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage day-to-day inquiries, oversee order fulfillment, and maintain strong account relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full order book, including entering seasonal POs and processing orders to ensure accurate fulfillment
  • Communicate proactively with wholesale accounts regarding order management and delivery timelines
  • Generate seasonal sales reports and maintain marketing and sales assets within the CRM platform
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of account management, customer service, or relevant wholesale/retail experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite or Elastic is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively
  • Background in wholesale apparel or the outdoor industry is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new systems quickly
