Job Summary
Bringing positive energy and problem-solving skills, the full-time Customer Service Representative will provide customer-focused support, handle inquiries and escalations via phone, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide empathetic resolutions
