Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to agents and policy owners, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls related to policy inquiries, product features, and account changes while ensuring adherence to company standards and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and provide assistance on policy values, coverage options, and account changes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and procedures while coordinating with various departments

Required qualifications
