Job Summary
Joining a dynamic team, the fully remote Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries, manage customer concerns, and process orders while working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Manage and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with other departments for product availability
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Proficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism in handling difficult situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
