Job Summary
Managing administrative intake and service requests, the full-time Customer Service Representative will work remotely to support members and providers in a high-volume environment, ensuring efficient communication and scheduling while adhering to business hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.
Key responsibilities
- Manage administrative intake of members and service requests from providers
- Schedule incoming and outgoing peer-to-peer reviews and handle resolution inquiries
- Maintain efficient communication with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office or administrative setting
- Experience working remotely from home
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime
