Job Summary
To support a growing customer service team, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, provide excellent customer interactions, and maintain a productive remote work environment, with shifts primarily during the 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain schedule adherence and meet performance metrics
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed
Required qualifications:
- Previous call center experience is required
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a hardwired setup
- Home office setup with a compatible computer and headset
- Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends
