Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing customer service team, the part-time hourly Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, provide excellent customer interactions, and maintain a productive remote work environment, with shifts primarily during the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain schedule adherence and meet performance metrics
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed

Required qualifications:

• Previous call center experience is required
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
• Must have a reliable internet connection with a hardwired setup
• Home office setup with a compatible computer and headset
• Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends
