Job Summary

To support patient inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative (Verification of Benefits) will manage incoming calls from patients and attorneys, resolving billing issues and providing information on medical insurance terminology.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls to resolve problems and answer questions related to billing
  • Communicate revenue cycle outcomes and processes effectively to callers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing multiple tasks
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance terminology
  • Familiarity with customer service department policies and procedures
  • Ability to learn quickly and meet production and quality goals
  • Reliable team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills
