Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions according to established policies
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely processing and maintain detailed policy documentation
• Perform pre-underwriting tasks and maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels as established by management

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; insurance training or basic insurance courses desirable
• Less than 2 years of experience in an agency or insurance company preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
