Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual, the full-time remote Customer Service Representative I will process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions according to established policies
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely processing and maintain detailed policy documentation
- Perform pre-underwriting tasks and maintain acceptable productivity and quality levels as established by management
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred; insurance training or basic insurance courses desirable
- Less than 2 years of experience in an agency or insurance company preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
