Job Summary

To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will resolve customer inquiries and issues, manage high-volume phone calls, and document cases while working remotely from Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets and manage inquiries related to existing orders
  • Assist customers with placing new orders online and handle high-volume phone calls
  • Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Experience in document manipulation and ability to implement process improvements
