Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer support, the full-time Customer Service Representative will resolve customer inquiries and issues, manage high-volume phone calls, and document cases while working remotely from Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support tickets and manage inquiries related to existing orders
- Assist customers with placing new orders online and handle high-volume phone calls
- Document issues in Confluence and visit court dockets for information on case filings
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Experience in document manipulation and ability to implement process improvements
