Job Summary
Supporting the company's profit and service objectives, the full-time hourly Customer Service Representative will manage customer orders, ensure accurate and timely processing, and maintain strong relationships with customers while working in a hybrid environment based in Lake Forest, IL, Park City, FL, or Raleigh, NC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies
- Act as a liaison between the customer and other functional teams to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Gather and report data on key account relationships to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree preferred or High School diploma with significant customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with order policies
- A customer-centric approach focused on delivering excellent service and satisfaction
